Foxconn Wisconsin is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard that will work as part of a team to protect the security and safety of company property, personnel, and visitors. This role includes competency on site-specific policies and procedures, implementation of emergency response activities, and superior customer service to employees and site visitors. The position is unarmed and offers opportunities to display critical thinking skills in a Smart Manufacturing environment.

• Swing Shift: Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Weekend Day Shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm plus two additional 8‑hour shifts during the week
• Weekend Night Shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am plus two additional 8‑hour shifts during the week

• Patrol assigned areas of facilities and grounds, respond to emergency situations and calls for service
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people onto Foxconn property
• Remove unauthorized personnel or trespassers from the area
• Perform security checks of all exits, doors, and access points
• Report potential hazards or equipment malfunctions/alarms to appropriate personnel
• Conduct security patrols throughout the buildings as well as exterior patrols of the Foxconn property
• Provide traffic and parking enforcement within assigned area and participate in foot and vehicle patrols
• Perform proactive monitoring of and timely responses to potential or actual security threats
• Investigate, document, and manage security incidents and hazards
• Maintain knowledge of and follow policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans
• Operate vehicle safely and responsibly
• Assist employees/visitors in need
• Perform other duties as assigned, including adjustments to the regular work schedule based on operational needs

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CPR Certification preferred; company will provide mandatory CPR/First‑Aid training
• Prior experience in security preferred
• Valid State of Wisconsin Driver’s License and ability to operate a vehicle safely required
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently

• Work in various environments (indoors and outdoors) such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
• Lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
• Maintain attention and stay alert throughout the shift
