A lead or junior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems, with the goal of training junior plumbers to become Journeyman Plumbers.
Job Duties- Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
- Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
- Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly, eliminating unnecessary callbacks.
- Explain each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
- Convey a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside vehicles at all times.
- Apprentice with 3‑5 years experience.
- Looking to become a Journeyman Plumber.
- Driver's License.
