DaVita seeks a Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role involves delivering high‑quality care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. This is a position that will help patients and families by utilizing a broad range of nursing skills.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training will take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive team that relies on one another in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and a wide range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from patient care technicians to conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment using head, heart, and hands every day.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school (Bachelor of Science in Nursing or three‑year diploma from an accredited program also acceptable).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
