Job DescriptionAre you a friendly and customer-focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Vernon, United States. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our success.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Prepare and package products according to company standards
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training
