• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and orders

• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Prepare and package products according to company standards
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
