Our client in Illinois seeks a dedicated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a 90-day assignment. This inpatient role involves comprehensive rehabilitation care, including joint injections, baclofen pump management, and routine nonprocedural medical support for patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7a-4:00p, with a required staff meeting on Wednesdays at 7:30a.
Practice Info
- EMR:
Epic - Inpatient setting
- Out of house call
- Average 8-10 patients per day within an 11-bed unit
- Staffing Mix:
Hospitalists assist with other medical management
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care
- Perform joint injections
- Manage baclofen pumps
- Deliver routine nonprocedural medical care for rehabilitation patients

Qualifications
- Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Required certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
