• Provide podiatric care to residents in long‑term and senior care facilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient‑centered care
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
• Document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company‑issued iPad

• Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
• Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• 2‑5 years’ experience in podiatry post‑training (preferred)
• Long‑term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, independent settings
