Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $27.00/hr

• Assisting residents with meals, hydration, and feeding support
• Making routine rounds and responding promptly to resident needs
• Repositioning residents to prevent discomfort or skin breakdown
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Providing proper skin care and reporting observations of breakdown or pressure areas
• Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality
• Completing other assigned duties

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
• Reliable transportation
• Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-focused care skills
• Consistent and dependable attendance history
