As Assistant Manager, you will drive sales growth and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness during your shift. You will manage food service flow, oversee cash control, support training, and work closely with the General Manager to optimize operations.

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.
• Coordinate staff training sessions with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and the crew.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary write‑ups.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations, procedures, and promotions.
• Perform weekly inventories.
• Control payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Support management in operational decisions.
• Maintain records and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform building and equipment maintenance through proper cleaning and preventive procedures.
• Take responsibility for cash for all shifts, including bank deposits and adherence to cash procedures.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and display of company standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
