Retail Store Manager - Full Time at Shoe Sensation, Inc.

Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Supervise the store sales team to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability metrics.
• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Handle sales transactions in the computer, process cash/credit, run discounts, etc.
• Help re‑stock the sales floor.
• Maintain the store’s neatness and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, and train the store sales team.
• Maintain staffing levels and write/oversee store schedules to meet business needs, ensuring a manager is present at all times.
• Lead, develop, and coach the sales team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Prepare deposits and deliver them to the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Desire to teach others how to sell and learn people‑management skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong drive for results.
• Ability to build and lead a store sales team to positively impact the business.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to open/close the store and stay alone on occasion.
• Willingness and ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
