Responsibilities- Provide sales training to distribution agencies and customers.
- Develop long‑term relationships with specifiers, customers, sales agents, and end‑users.
- Oversee performance of independent sales agencies to meet company goals.
- Develop sales plans with agencies and leadership for designated territories.
- Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategies with sales agents.
- Become a market expert on Keystone’s and competitor products, pricing, and trends.
- Travel to each market to call on distributors, specifiers, and end‑users.
- Maintain contact with existing customers for ongoing orders.
- Manage contact information for decision‑makers.
- Display and attend trade shows.
- Cold call to develop new business.
- Work closely with Inside Sales on current and future opportunities.
- Advise product team on market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience in the lighting industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
