We specialize in acoustical drywall and carpentry across commercial, retail, and high-end residential projects. We’re seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in an on‑site role, with our office conveniently located near a Metro‑North station. The successful candidate will prepare accurate estimates, manage projects, and help drive them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects
- Develop and track project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety
- Lead project meetings and communicate with clients
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction estimating & project management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
$60K ++ based on experience.
