About Us
Universa Care is dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our onsite team and support our caregivers and staff.
What You’ll Do- Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Coordinate compliance documentation and HR records
- Support scheduling and communication between HR, recruitment, and operations teams
- Provide guidance to caregivers and staff with HR-related concerns
- Ensure smooth workflows and maintain compliance standards
- 1–2 years of HR or recruitment coordination experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, Axis Care, or similar) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
- Fully onsite role with direct collaboration across teams
