Med Cadre in Manhattan is seeking a skilled registered nurse for an at-home care role, traveling to patient homes to provide Med/Surg coverage and personalized bedside nursing care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Interviews are in person. The role requires alternating weekend coverage and typically visits 4–6 patients per week. Prior acute care and home health experience are essential.
