Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground
Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Supervisor for Underground Telecom Construction. The supervisor will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment, manage crews, and ensure safety and project compliance.
Responsibilities- Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety
- Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution, and ensure compliance with project deliverables
- Ensure effective communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support assigned areas or projects
- Identify and course-correct project issues and risks, assisting in developing response plans to resolve them
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
- Implement and maintain processes that support task completion for assigned areas or projects
- Associate's Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
