  Active DEA with Ohio address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5
• DEA / CDS:
  Active DEA with Ohio address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5
• Certifications:
  
  NRP required; ACLS, PALS, ATLS required for FM/IM physicians; EM boarded physicians exempt

  Case logs for previous 2 years required;
  Seasonal influenza vaccine required

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a 17-bed, moderate-acuity community hospital ED
• Manage approximately 68 patients per day in a high-volume setting with strong APP support
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (22 hours of NP/PA coverage daily)
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as needed
• Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) and maintain required certifications and licensure
