Head Teller – Lead Customer Service Representative (Full‑time)

Responsibilities

As a Head Teller – Lead Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Model excellent customer service and train new tellers on policies and procedures.
  • Assist members with financial requests and provide tailored loan and credit options.
  • Proactively offer additional lending products and savings tools to benefit members.
  • Remain calm and professional while resolving complaints using analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • Serve as the vault teller, counting, packaging, and controlling money, and completing night deposits.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as reviewing legal documents, obtaining credit histories, and compiling forms.
  • Attend seminars to stay current on financial regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Lending and cash handling experience.
  • Customer service and sales experience.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency with administrative tasks such as data entry and record management.
  • Ability to use office equipment including fax machines, printers, and adding machines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent math skills.

Previous banking experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm;
Saturday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
