As an OhioRISE Lead Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic and operational leader, bridging the gap between the CME Director and departmental managers, including direct supervision of Operations, Care Coordination, Health Data, and Provider Relations. This role provides high‑level oversight, ensures alignment of departmental initiatives with organizational goals, and drives process improvements across multiple teams. The Lead Manager supports the Director in decision‑making, program execution, and staff development, while maintaining accountability for operational outcomes, supervising managers, and partnering with care teams to resolve complex issues.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required in social work, psychology, healthcare management, or related field and experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or care management.
- Minimum 3 years of children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related human services field.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams, may include managers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Master’s degree preferred in social work, counseling, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Clinical license preferred (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LCSW, LPC).
