Feeder Packer | Shawano | HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Pay: $20.72-$21.73/hr + Shift Differential

Schedule: Days/Nights 12 Hours

A successful feeder packer will be responsible for preparing materials for processing, feeding them into machinery, inspecting finished products for quality, and packaging the products for shipments. This role is fast paced and requires attention to detail and efficiency.

• Knows and comprehends basic start-up/shut down of all related equipment.
• Inspects completed product to verify conformance to customer specifications, discarding all non-conformance materials.
• Able to feed any former and pack finished product into shipping container for shipment.
• Stacks/palletizes finished cases on appropriate pallets, according to customer specifications.
• Fills out paperwork with all the required information, in a neat and accurate manner.
• Use the computer and SAP software to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keeps all work areas and machines in good manufacturing housekeeping condition at all times.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to stand long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs., to a height of 7 to 8 ft.
• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend Basic English.
