Full-time position – 40 hours a week

Pay: $15.45 – $16.39 per hr.

Depends on the needs of the store you are working in.

Availability:
Must have open availability

A successful applicant will...

• Have ample experience in retail management
• Have working knowledge of retail settings and product display
• Have a passion for excellent customer service
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
• Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
• Ensure quality control standards

AVAILABILITY:

• Work all shifts including Holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Shifts vary depending on the location where you are training.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as Utica if needed
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Learn to refill Propane tanks
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
