Location: Mount Vernon, NY – Westchester County, NY

Salary: $24.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hrs.)

• Provide outreach, support, and counseling in the community and at client homes (up to 80% field-based).
• Share personal recovery experience to educate and mentor clients.
• Teach wellness and symptom management skills.
• Advocate for recovery-focused services and help clients access benefits and supports.
• Document progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ACT Team.
• Responsible for on-call shifts monitoring and responding to after‑hours calls to the program emergency phone. Shifts are for one week at a time on a rotating basis.

• NYS Certified or Provisional Peer Specialist required.
• Lived experience with mental health recovery required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Electronic health record experience preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
