Overview

Life Care Centers of America's NW Division is seeking an experienced clinical Registered Dietitian to join our regional team. The Regional Registered Dietitian will lead three of our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Washington state. The facilities are located in Marysville, Mount Vernon, and Skagit Valley.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical dietitian activities for three Skilled Nursing Facilities in Washington state (Marysville, Mount Vernon, Skagit Valley).
  • Assess nutritional needs, develop, implement, and monitor care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
  • Provide nutrition education to staff, residents, and families as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Currently registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and meet licensure or certification per State requirements. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Registered with American Dietetic Association.
  • Prior experience in nutritional assessment and planning.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a health care facility.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior post-acute care experience preferred.
  • Familiar with standards of practice used in the assessment of geriatric patients.
  • Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post-acute care facility.
Compensation & Benefits

$31.20-$38.22/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates. $3,000 sign-on bonus with first paycheck & $2,000 bonus at 12 months. Relocation allowance available.
