Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay range: $19.10 – $22.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on qualifications, experience, education, and certifications. Eligible for annual performance bonus.

Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination will be required.
This position requires a state phlebotomy license (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
Responsibilities:
- Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
- Administer oral solutions as trained.
- Research test/client information and verify written and electronic orders using lab technology systems.
- Navigate a computer and accurately enter data – a requirement for success.
- Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
- Process specimens, including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required.
- Perform non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email.
- Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data as needed.
- Maintain all phlebotomy logs (e.g., maintenance logs, temperature logs) timely and according to frequency.
- Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
- State phlebotomy license;
Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV.
Position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
