Allixo Technologies, a Burlington, WA MSP, is seeking a Service Desk Technician to handle Tier 1/2 issues, work from on-site locations with travel to client sites, and grow toward Tier 2 and beyond. You’ll own tickets, assist with security tooling, and learn our modern MSP stack while supporting regulated environments.
You’ll resolve issues remotely and on-site, manage Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, and network services, with certifications funded by the company to support your growth.
