Coach​/Ops Mgr Trainee

Base Pay Range

$31.00/hr - $36.00/hr

• Lead and develop teams by delivering coaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Drive customer service excellence and implement store operations using technology and business initiatives.
• Manage financial performance: review profit‑loss statements, control expenses, and implement merchandising plans.
• Supervise hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, set expectations, recognize achievements, and promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, the Open Door Policy, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate goals, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement.

• 2 years of college experience, OR 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities selling only ammunition: current state issued Certificate of Eligibility where required.
• Required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certificate with experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, managing performance, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
