** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
* Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Monitor production targets and adjust processes to meet goals.
* Support and coach team members to foster a culture of accountability.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment.
* Strong understanding of quarry operations, safety protocols, and equipment.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
* Must be willing to work night shift.
** What We Offer*** $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience
