Position at PAPE’ MACHINERY, INC. – Construction & Forestry Division – Mt. Vernon, WA.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Certified Welder/Fabricator/Hydraulic Technician to join our team and work on heavy construction and forestry equipment. The role includes welding, fabrication, hydraulic line installation, and component testing. • Perform all phases of welding and fabrication, including air arc, wire feed, stick, acetylene, brazing, and fabrication skills.
• Fabricate and install hydraulic lines and attachments and test components.
• Provide customized welding solutions for equipment and support shop operations.

• 5+ years of experience in all phases of welding and fabrication; or a 2‑year Diesel Technology or Welding degree.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Must have own tools.

$32.98 – $49.47 per hour (depending on experience).
