SHOP HELPER | AISC METAL FABRICATOR at EDCO Group Inc.

EDCO, INC. is a family‑oriented manufacturing company with a diverse set of customers and industries, including General Construction, Marine Construction, Renewable Energy, Aerospace and Defense. We are an AISC Certified Fabricator providing a professional but fun workplace.

• Operate forklifts and cranes and safely handle materials.
• Participate in shipping and receiving operations.
• Deburr finished parts and perform machine maintenance.
• Keep the shop and yard clean, sweeping, removing trash, and stocking supplies.
• Cut grass, empty garbage, assist with general shop help, other duties as assigned.

• Dependable, responsible, and reliable.
• Mechanical aptitude with sound reasoning skills.
• Experience working with power/air tools.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Effective communication with co‑workers and managers.
• Flexible team player who can also work independently.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy of work.
• Safety conscious behavior.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License.

• High school or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment desired, but not required.

Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in an industrial environment wearing hearing protection, vision protection, and other appropriate protective clothing.
