- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, or critical care nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS required; specialty critical care certifications preferred.
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients’ conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions safely.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to various unit workflows.
