Farm worker / Labor Nursery

Pay: $17.13 per hour

Contract dates:
February 26, 2026 – May 24, 2026. The employer guarantees employment for the hourly equivalent of 75% of the contract workdays, starting on the first day of work.

Work schedule:

6 hours per day Monday through Friday and 6 hours on Saturday. It is common for workers to be offered additional hours; however, additional hours are not required.

• Field-grown production, harvest, culture, and care of nursery-grown products.
• Exposure to dust, dirt, heat, cold, fumes, noise, vibration, and water.
• Physically perform lifting, pulling, reaching, manipulating/grasping, carrying, pushing, shoveling, bending, twisting, climbing, and squatting.
• All tasks constitute one job; employers may assign workers to different or multiple tasks on the same day.

• Minimum 2 months of previous work experience.
• Willing to commit to the entire contract period.
• Meet all required qualifications and clearance orders.
• Willing to work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willing to perform repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, walking, and stooping.
