Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are the priority. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, providing a seamless shopping experience.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expertise.

• Approach service with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and refer small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to the company's success.

• Has a strong desire to learn and connect with customers.
• Demonstrates confidence and competitiveness in sales.
• Willing to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices.
• Has at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
