The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full‑time in‑store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect our stores. Must have previous undercover, floor walking loss prevention experience.

• One‑week paid vacation after only 6 months & two weeks after one (1) year.
• Two 3‑day weekends a month.

Starting range: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour.

• Complete incident reports.
• Review camera footage.
• Apprehend shoplifters.
• Review BOLOs.Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement.
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• At least one (1) year previous undercover, floor walking loss prevention experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills.
• Motor vehicle record check.
• Background check.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking.
