Retail Tire Counter Sales Associate

We’re currently looking for a Retail Tire Counter Sales Associate to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for organizing office operations and procedures and oversees customer and/or client communication.

• Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences
• Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately
• Provide accurate information to callers
• Advise customers with tire selection and services
• Distribute messages to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in maintaining files with regards to production orders, invoices, and shipments and aftermarket orders, invoices, and shipments
• Assist with billing and invoices
• Greet visitors and inform appropriate personnel
• Distribute incoming mail and packages
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
