Farmers Insurance Sales Rep

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Mount Vernon, WA

Start your insurance career with Farmers Insurance District Office of John Meikle. We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to join our Mount Vernon office.

No insurance experience required. We provide training, leads, and hands‑on coaching to help you get started. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is welcome.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Follow up with provided leads and build your sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Quote and sell Farmers insurance products once properly licensed.
• Keep accurate CRM records and work toward individual and team sales goals.
