What You'll Do:

• Install new HVAC systems, ducting, and related accessories
• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre‑measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What You'll Bring:

• 3‑5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism; you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willing to submit to and pass pre‑employment background check and drug test
