HVAC - Service Technician

CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC is looking for an HVAC Service/Sales Technician to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Strong sales abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• May be required to maneuver up to 50 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
