$33 - $50 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time | Mount Vernon, WA Monday–Friday | 7 am – 4 pm

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues while following safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions.
- Complete service calls efficiently, maintain accurate records, and keep tools, equipment, and service vehicles organized.
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal certification
- WA 06A or 06B license is preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- NATE certification is a plus
- Completion of trade school is highly preferred
- Factory training is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
