- Perform post‑installation inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to program requirements
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a personal or company‑provided vehicle
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- BPI certification or willingness to become certified
- Basic knowledge of residential energy efficiency principles
- Strong customer service background with a commitment to excellent service
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Google Drive
- Detail‑oriented with a quick learning ability
- Comfort working in attics and crawl spaces
- Previous experience in customer service roles
