What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑profile customers to serve as their trusted partner
  • Proactively drive adoption of Ring Central’s product technology stack to maximize customer ROI
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and execute mutual success plans to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Mitigate churn risk and protect monthly recurring revenue growth for valued customers
  • Partner cross‑functionally with various teams to create customer success that drives account growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3 to 7 years of direct and verifiable major accounts‑level customer success experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Experience interacting with and influencing C‑level executives
  • BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with VoIP technology and Contact Center terminology
  • Knowledge in advanced network troubleshooting and terminology
  • Excellent presentation skills for various audience sizes
  • Ability to lead and manage internal and customer resources effectively
