• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to efficiently deliver software solutions
• Conduct architectural design reviews and ensure high-quality information systems are delivered
• Stay informed on industry trends and align technology ideas with the company's strategic plan
• Drive technical vision and roadmap for product capabilities, focusing on AI and open-source solutions

• BS Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 10+ years of experience leading dynamic engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience, particularly in AI
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced NLP solutions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

• Experience in IoT, embedded systems, robotics, or real-time systems
• Client-facing solutioning and user research experience
