What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales in the State & Local Government, Higher Education, and K12 sectors with organizations above 400 employees
  • Utilize remote resources such as engineering, marketing, and business development to expand market presence
  • Collaborate with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers
  • Manage strategy around funnel, pipeline, and forecasting for the assigned territory
  • Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate value-based agreements effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of experience in technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony) at an enterprise level
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in State, Local, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct online demos while adhering to a structured sales process
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and acquiring new business
  • Willingness to travel 15-25% within the designated territory
