• Proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of premium financing solutions and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including RT Specialty
• Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to client engagement

• Experience in marketing or client relationship roles within the financial services sector
• Familiarity with insurance products and premium financing strategies
• Background in conducting market research or analysis
• Established network within the insurance industry
