A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the Rhondda Valley and wider South Wales. • 34,000 - 37,000 salary (depending on experience)

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264

• Working across commercial and mixed-use sites

• Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports

• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company standards

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

• Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

• Ability to manage workload independently

• Full UK driving licence
