A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the Rhondda Valley and wider South Wales. The Role

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264

Working across commercial and mixed-use sites

Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports

Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company standards

Requirements

BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

Ability to manage workload independently

Full UK driving licence
