Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: RCT

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Deliver lessons across a wide range of subjects, make a positive impact on young people's lives, and excel in behaviour and classroom management. The role requires effective behaviour management skills and a creative, supportive approach to deliver an engaging and innovative curriculum.

• Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable, but not essential)
• PGCE or PCET qualifications considered
• Proven classroom and behaviour management skills
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes
