Shift Pattern: 3 Shift Pattern (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)

A well-established manufacturing business is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering team at its site based in Mountain Ash.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer with strong maintenance experience to join a fast-paced and highly automated production environment.

Working as part of the engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery and ensuring equipment reliability across the site.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
• Responding to breakdowns and reactive maintenance
• Mechanical fault finding and repairs on production machinery
• Supporting electrical maintenance when required
• Minimising downtime and improving machine performance
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

• Mechanical engineering qualification
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Multi‑skilled engineering experience advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working a rotating 3 shift pattern
