We’re looking for a Master Data Controller to take ownership of our data structure across systems, with a particular focus on product definitions and SKU governance. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll help transform fragmented processes into a streamlined, reliable foundation for decision‑making and growth.

As our business scales, inconsistent data and SKU set‑up are creating inefficiencies across key areas. You’ll be instrumental in bringing structure, accuracy, and control to our data landscape.

• Establish and manage a single, accurate source of truth for master data across all territories
• Lead the standardisation and governance of product and SKU data
• Improve data integrity and consistency across SAP and other systems
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies caused by fragmented or inconsistent data
• Collaborate with operations, IT, procurement, and commercial teams to drive improvements
• Strengthen data lifecycle management to support scalable growth
• Enable better reporting, visibility, and decision‑making across the business

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong background in managing complex product data and SKU structures
• A proactive approach to process improvement and data governance
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
