Practice Manager

Lead and inspire the administrative and clinical support team Oversee day-to-day running of the practice and co-ordinate with other staff to ensuring safe efficient service delivery-to-day running of the practice Manage workflows, staffing rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and appraisals Handle financial management: accounts, budgeting, reporting & forecasting as well as be able to forecast business turnover estimates.

Maintain compliance with NHS Wales and statutory standards Implement improvements, optimise systems & support digital transformation Ensure excellent patient experience is at the heart of operations Act as a key liaison for partners, cluster colleagues, external agencies & regulators
