The overall objective and purpose of the Server Assistant position is primarily to clear away dirty dishes, set tables, and serve as an assistant to Restaurant Servers. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards, and goals established by the company.

• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Assist dining room waiters in the food and beverage service, set tables, serve guests as directed by the waiter, keep menus clean, clean table between servings, maintain menu knowledge.
• Assist with providing tables with beverages.
• Remove solid linens and replace them with clean linen.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Polish silver and glass as needed.

• Experience delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation.
• Knowledge of all ingredient details of every dish on the menu.
• Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.

• Previous experience within food and beverage a plus.

• Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise.
• Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and collaboration.
• Schedules may vary week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.

• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs on a weekly basis.
• Require walking, waiting, and standing for long and short periods of time.
