Client Experiences Manager

Salary: $25-50k
The Client Experiences Manager will be present in the showroom running day-to-day operations, inventory, tidiness, and ensuring smooth customer experience for in-person and online commissions and sales for McKenzie Dove clients. This crucial role requires meticulous organization, strong administrative skills, and excellent self‑direction. Representing the brand, you will be client‑facing support, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Operations team, assist in the shop, and create social content when necessary.
- Provide friendly, confident, organized service to all clients.
- Manage orders from initial enquiry to point of sale, ensuring smooth service for clients.
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service, representing McKenzie Dove.
- Communicate commissions to McKenzie in a timely manner, order supplies, coordinate shipping, and keep clients updated.
- Manage online and shop inventory, and organize sourcing.
- Ensure commissions are communicated to McKenzie promptly, oversee supplies, and coordinate shipping.
- Manage inventory, shop stock and sourcing for interior projects.
- Assist the team at the new Mountain Brook showroom, provide high‑level service, promote brand image, and manage transport of art, lighting, furniture and objects from studio to showroom.
- Handle sales from enquiry to point of sale, providing quotes and shipping information, and track production timeline.
- Organize showroom visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and McKenzie on interior design projects, art commissions, and shop sales, ensuring timelines are met and orders are fulfilled daily.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly: email replies by end of business day, quotes within 24 hrs, shipment coordination within 5 working days when possible.
- Obtain shipping quotes from Operations to enable swift invoicing.
- Provide excellent sales care and follow‑up with clients, offering solutions when needed.
- Report sales activity to the Operations team.
- Monitor inventory levels and understand inventory orders.
- Package art and objects for shipping.
- Place sourcing orders for McKenzie's interior projects.
