  Arkansas including the communities of Jonesboro/Paragould, Hot Springs, Little Rock, Helena, Mountain Home, and Harrison

  up to 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)

• Completion of DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
• Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
